Office Administrator

Fox Print Services are one of the south east’s leading commercial printing companies working for many of the UK’s major brands in both B2B and B2C – Healthcare, Telecoms, Financial, and Publishing.

We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our internal customer services team. Significant knowledge of office procedures will be advantageous. This is an opportunity to take full control of our internal administration.

The candidate

  • Outgoing personality
  • Must possess good communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, works well under pressure, and is a good team player
  • Previous Computer/MIS experience an advantage

Job Details

  • Support the Customer Services team with all necessary admin duties
  • Work closely with the Despatch Manager and play a supporting role in this area (full training will be given)
  • Meet and greet along with telephone answering and limited reception duties
  • Organise and control the Company filing system
  • Handle all office based duties in conjunction with the Administration Manager
  • Provide a back up service to the sales team with occasional client visits
  • Manage and maintain the Company's sales database whilst working closely with senior sales people to look after key accounts

With our facility located in Tunbridge Wells you will need to be within easy driving distance of the factory. You will be well rewarded if you fulfil your potential and help us to achieve our vision of being the best. Salary is £15000 - £22000 pa full time permanent 9-5.30 Monday to Friday.

Experienced grade 1 night finishers

At Fox Print we have the full selection of Heidelberg finishing equipment, guillotines, folders, cylinder, and stitching line. We are currently seeking experienced class 1 finishing operatives for our night shift. Applicants must be fully conversant with all of our equipment and be able to operate them efficiently.

To the correct applicants we offer a competitive package, but our expectations of quality, quantity and attention to detail are high.

Sales Executive

We are currently looking for sales executives - you will need to have a proven track record in commercial print sales, selling to direct and agency customers.
