WELCOME TO FOX

Pulp Fact or Fiction?

Posted on June 7th, 2010

forestWe have just been advised by all of our paper suppliers that paper prices will be going up again as of the first week of June following the increase earlier in the year. We are currently in negotiation with all these suppliers to minimise the impact to our customers as prices are due to rise between 8 and 10%. A variety of difficult economic conditions putting pressure on manufacturing, severe shortages of pulp on the world market, rises in energy costs, and even the earthquake in Chile and the volcano in Iceland have all been put forward as the reasons for these unpalatable increases. Obviously it is not good timing in the current climate with the majority of marketing budgets having been reduced so please get in touch with us about future projects to see how we can decrease the effects for you.

did you know? Almost 100% of our paper is sourced from European forests and they have grown by 30% since 1950 covering over 40% of the land area!
