DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

BOOKING

To book all deliveries call 01892 617999 and ask for the despatch manager 24 hours before delivery. You will be given a unique booking number and allocated time / day (where necessary).

  • Deliveries will only be accepted with a booking-in number.
  • Normal delivery times are Monday to Friday 8 am to 5pm.

    PACKING OF GOODS

    Please note all pallets must be presented according to the following guidelines:

  • Pallets should be no larger than 1200mm x 1000mm, four way entry heavy duty pallets.
  • Maximum weight 1 tonne, maximum height 1.2 metres (Including pallet)
  • Pallets must be securely wrapped, with pallet label on all 4 sides.
  • Products should not overhang pallet

    • DOCUMENTATION

    All deliveries must be accompanied by a printed delivery note showing:

    • Product name
    • Booking reference
    • Customer
    • Code
    • Quantity in box
    • Number of boxes (per pallet)
    • Total quantity
    • Number of pallet(s)

    Deliveries that do not comply with these instructions will be turned away. All deliveries will be checked off against the delivery note and an assessment made of the quantity – we will not conduct an accurate count and are therefore not responsible for under deliveries.
